Professional background:
Iveta Černohorská graduated in Bachelor´s programme Nursing/Nursing – pedagogy in Health Service at the Faculty of Medicine in Hradec Králové, Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic (2008), Master's degree Teaching vocational subjects at nursing schools at the Faculty of Education, Palacký University in Olomouc, Czech Republic (2011), now studying Ph.D. at the Faculty of Health Studies, University of Pardubice, Czech Republic. Her research focuses on evaluating the quality of nursing care from the perspective of hospitalized children and the transcultural transfer of tools for this assessment.
After obtaining the general nurse qualification, she worked at the Department of Cardiology (Arrhythmological Unit) from 1996 to 2000, then she acquired a specialized nursing qualification and worked at the Children's Department (Intensive Care Unit) of the Pardubice Hospital from 2000 to 2010. Since 2012, he has been working as an assistant at the Faculty of Health Studies of the University of Pardubice (now at the Department of Clinical Subspecialties).
