The project responds to the increasing interest in supervision as one of the tools of quality management and at the same time professional support of medical staff. Due to the specifics of the medical environment, the implementation of supervision is a demanding process. The project focuses on the potential of the use of supervision of those non-medical health care workers, who participate in direct nursing care (i.e. nurses and midwives). The project focuses on monitoring and identification of the most frequently subjectively perceived stress situations in selected groups of respondents, where supervision could be used to solve them. Furthermore, the project focuses on the preparation of a workshop for non-medical healthcare workers focused on familiarizing participants with supervision and its use.
