The project focuses on research on factors impacting a safe and stable environment for the practice of non-medical professions in healthcare facilities. The project will bring together the topics of the students' work to provide a broader insight into the practice of creating a safe environment in the context of stability and turnover of non-medical staff as well as quality of care. Connecting the topics will also open up synergies for sharing and cross-inspiring with the individual research issues. The project complies with the faculty's research focus on quality and safety of healthcare. The aim is to support the research work of students of the Master's degree programmes within the science and research area.
