Description:
The proposed project builds on the practical outcomes of the international ERASMUS+ project "My Operating Room Nurse Coach", implemented in the period 2020-2023.The outcome of the three-year project is a web interface, which includes instructional videos for novice perioperative nurses and photographs of basic surgical instruments, including their descriptions and use. The outputs of the project allow for the setting up of an individual procedure for novice PS in the adaptation period. The proposed project is designed to increase the effectiveness of the implementation of the project outputs into the clinical practice of operating rooms for novice perioperative nurses. The principal investigator and co-investigators of the project will contact about 4 health care institutions (University Hospital in Hradec Králové, Pardubice Hospital, Military University Hospital in Prague, University Hospital in Brno), to which they will present the MYORCO website during a personal visit and practically show how the outcomes can be implemented in the education of perioperative nurses in the adaptation process (nurses with 0-2 years of experience in operating rooms, nurses in the adaptation process e.g. after parental leave), including setting up an individual study plan.
