The presented project aims to support students' research work. The research topics fall under the broad area of quality of healthcare and focus both on nursing staff regarding the adaptation process, negative phenomena in the workplace, soft skills, etc., and on patients with regard to the introduction of invasive inputs, the provision of basal stimulation in intensive care and reminiscence therapy in seniors with dementia.
