The aim of the project was to: 1) determine the prevalence of subjectively perceived swallowing difficulties using the tool EAT-10 and to determine how much time was needed for its administration. 2) compare the results with the results obtained in 2010. 3) determine the role of cognitive screening prior to the subjective evaluation of swallowing function using the EAT-10. 4) develop a final version of the dysphagia swallowing screening tool. 5) determine master nursing students? level of knowledge of the nursing diagnosis ?Impaired swallowing?. 6) compare three educational methods concerning dysphagia screening.
