Stress and teamwork. Two components characteristic for working in the healthcare area. Clinical and research experience shows that working in healthcare is largely accompanied by stress. The latter is a way of professional performance but also interpersonal relationships and the ability to work with stress itself. This project extends the research aim of the skilllab project and focuses on soft skills. The content is the creation of a basic battery of tests to identify the basic personality characteristics of FHS UPCE students and possibly course participants. The identification will help us to improve the pedagogical process as well as the perception and work with stress given the personality characteristics of the participants.
