The main focus of the project is to identify, analyze, and describe the determinants influencing the perception of self-identity among general nurses. This identity will be further analyzed in terms of its impact on or connection with the perception of well-being. How it is possible to influence the perception of satisfaction, competence, and resilience through one's own professional identity. The concept of professional identity will be analyzed from the perspective of both healthcare professionals and the general public.
