The proposed project focuses on job satisfaction among allied professions staff and explores the potential use of supervision and intervision in healthcare facilities. The project integrates research on workload, burnout risk, and coping strategies with an assessment of workplace readiness for implementing supervision and intervision. Data collection will be conducted using the standardized Job Satisfaction Survey and the validation of the “Good Supervision Scale” tool. The research will involve students from all follow-up master’s programs and aims to provide comprehensive data for practice and future research initiatives. The goal is to support students’ professional development, share best practices, and strengthen collaboration with clinical settings.
