The project aims to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of a preventive program supporting healthy workplace relationships in healthcare. The main outcome will be a methodology for the prevention of psychosocial risks and undesirable workplace behaviours at the individual, team, and organizational levels. The methodology will be transferable to other healthcare institutions and aims to improve employee well-being, quality of care, and reduce related economic losses.
