The authors refer on recurrent oedema of the eyelips and anterior segment of the right orbit in 14 years old boy. CT and MR examination revealed dolichocephaly, aplasia of the right frontal sinus and menigocele with the cystic component in the medial part of the right orbit. The ligation and the resection of the meningocele in the top of the orbit were performed via medial orbitotomy. Histology confirmed the diagnosis. Complications were not observed during the operation and postoperative period as wel as during follow up.	Meningocoele of the right orbit in 14 years old boy resected via media orbitotomy.
