cze	Ovlivňuje tracheostomie polykání?	V tomto sdělení prezentujeme část výsledků výzkumu, který hodnotil tělesné, psychické a sociální potřeby u dlouhodobých nosičů tracheostomické kanyly. Jednou z posuzovaných oblastí byla výživa a s tím související změny v polykání. Výsledky výzkumu potvrzují změny v polykání v souvislosti s operačním výkonem (tracheostomie, totální laryngektomie), aktinoterapií a poruchou chuti. eng	Is swallowing affected by a tracheostomy cannula?	This paper presents partial results of a research study which evaluated physical, psychological, and social needs of patients with a longterm tracheostomy tube. One of the evaluated areas included nutrition and related changes in swallowing. The results of the study confirm changes in swallowing, which are related to the surgical procedure (tracheostomy, total laryngectomy), actinotherapy, and to taste disorders.
