eng	Our Experiences with Surgical Treatment of Zenker´s Diverticulum	Surgical treatment of the Zenker´s diverticulum is after more than 110 years still relevant. Despite increasing number of reports on various modifications of endoscopic treatment of the diverticulum, classical open approach is still used. In spite of insufficient endoscopic technical equipment, we can state that achieved results could be assessed as favorable, above all from the view of long term postoperative subjective evaluation of the majority of patients which is rather in contrast with irregularity by radiological findings at barium swallow. Considering long time period after surgery and sporadic minimal dysphagia we do not regard such changes as relevant.	Zenker´s Diverticulum;Treatment;Linear Stapler;Results
