eng	Changing Pattern of the Treatment of the Breast Cancer in the Czech Republic in Last Twenty Years	Breast cancer is the most common women cancer and the second most common killing cancer in the Czech Republic. Incidence of breast cancer in the Czech Republic in 1985 was 48. The incidence in 2005 was doubled. In the year 1985 there were performed 50 total mastectomies with complete axillary lymph node dissection at the Department of Surgery Pardubice General Hospital. in the year 2005 there were operated 105 patients for the breast cancer.
