Souhrn Pooperační komplikace u rozsáhlejších onkochirugických operacích v oblasti krku, zvláště pak u výkonů, při kterých jsou otevírány a následně rekonstruovány polykací cesty, jsou velmi často přisuzovány následné infekci rány. Je málo známou skutečností, že příčinou uvedených komplikací může být vznik tak zvaného kompartment syndromu krční krajiny, ke kterému mohou vést například chybně zvolená drenáž nebo neodpovídající obvazová technika rány. eng Drainage nad Postoperative Compression of the Wound as Important Factors in Prevention of Compartment Syndrome in the Neck Surgery Postoperative complications in extensive oncosurgical operations in the region of the neck, especially in procedures involving opening and consecutive reconstruction of the swallowing system, are very often attributed to the subsequent infection of the wound. At the same time it is less known fact that a cause of mentioned complications could be primarily so called compartment syndrome of the neck which can originated from incorrectly chosen drainage or inappropriate bandage technique of the wound.
