cze	Konzervativní léčba nosní polypózy.	Nosní polypóza může být léčena chirurgickými postupy (polypektomie, endonazální chirurgie) nebo léky. V naší prezentaci zmiňujeme případ pacienta úspěšně léčeného úvodem celkově podávanými kortikoidy, makrolidovými antibiotiky a trvale lokálně aplikovanými kortikoidy a antihistaminiky. Výsledek léčby dalších devíti pacientů je uveden. Funkce čichu dobře koreluje s rozsahem polypózy a průběhem nemoci.
eng	Conservative treatment of nasal polyposis.	Nasal polyposis can be treated by surgical technique (polypectomy, endonasal surgery) or by medicaments. We reports a case of the patient suffering from nasal polyposis treated succesfully by corticosteroids, antibiotics (macrolides) and antihistamines. The result of another 9 patiens treated by medicamets is presented. The sense of smell correlate well with severity of the disease.	Nasal Polyposis;Olfaction;Medical Treatment.
