eng	Nasal polyps in clinical practice	Nasal polyps, along with inflammation of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses, often cause long time lasting bilateral nasal obstruction and watery nasal discharge. Diagnosis and treatment is provided by ENT surgeon and by other medical specialists. Treatment is conservative, using local and systemic corticosteroids, or surgical. However, the surgical treatment is reserved for patients with extensive nasal polyps.
