cze Komplexní bolestivý regionální sydrom Komplexní regionální bolestivý syndrom je nově zavedeným označením pro skupinu chronických bolestivých stavů, které vídáme nejčastěji po poranění končetin. Postihuje populace mezi 3. a 6. deceniem. Přesná patofyziologie KRBS zatím není dostatečně vysvětlena a objasněna. Byly stanoveny 2 typy označované jako KRBS I a II. Základním symptomem je bolest, dále pak poruchy vazomotorické, trofické a motorické. Diagnostika je klinická. Kauzální terapie není známa. Symptomatická zahrnuje farmakoterapii, invazivní postupy a rehabilitaci. eng Complex regional pain syndrome The complex regional pain syndrome is a group of chronic painful conditions that is often observed after limb trauma. The complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS) is the new name for what was previously known as post-traumatic dystrophy, Südeck dystrophy or sympathetic reflex dystrophy. Most patients with CRPS are aged from 30 - 60 years. The pathophysiology of CRPS is not fully understood. There are 2 forms of CRPS called CRPS I and CRPS II. The basic symptom of CRPS is pain; other symptoms include vasomotor autonomic disturbance, motor dysfunction or trophic changes. The diagnosis of the complex regional pain syndrome is clinical, based on a physical examination and medical history. Because there is no cure for CRPS the treatment is symptomatic. It includes pharmacotherapy, physical therapy and invasive methods. An early, accurate diagnosis of the complex regional pain syndrome is necessary so that appropriate treatment options can be considered. complex regional pain syndrome, diagnosis, therapy
