eng	Caudal regression syndrome	Two pregnancies of mothers with pregestational diabetes and with foetuses diagnosed with prenatal malformations are described by the author. There is no doubt about the diagnosis of caudal regression syndrome in our first pacient. However, VACTERL association should be considered in the second patient.
