eng	Voluminous retroperitoneal neurofibrosarcoma - case report	This case report deals with the occurrence of tumors at different locations in a patient with neurofibromatosis I (von Recklinghausen disease). Immediately after the resection of a tumor in the retroperitoneum there arose an acute state with volvulus and infarctation of the small bowel by a neurofibroma in the mesenterium.
