Na kazuistikách je poukazováno na nejčastější sociální a psychické problémy, se kterými se tyto nemocné při své přeměně setkaly. eng	Psychosocial aspects of laryngel surgery in male to female transsexuals	Transsexuality male to female represents psychical state of female soul imprisoned into the masculine body. The treatment requires complicated and stressful way of transformation. The file of 27 transsexuals male to female was considered retrospectively, in the course of 13 years. The 24 underwent surgical voice modulation and thyroid prominence reduction, 3 underwent pure thyroid prominence reduction.
