Pacientka je 4 týdny po operaci velmi spokojená, inkontinence je i objektivně vyřešena. eng	Managing stress urinary incontinence after colpocleisis – case report	Our case report describes the resolution of stress urinary incontinence in a patient, who had 10 years before a colpocleisis procedure sec. Labhardt. After disruption of the high perineoplasty we could get access to the suburethral region, and it was possible to introduce a midurethral transobturator tape. 4 weeks after the surgery, the patient is very satisfied, and the incontinence is resolved objectively, too. We discuss conditions and several recommendations for performing colpocleisis in patients, who present with prolaps of the vagina and coexistent incontinence, resp. for those, who may develop de-novo-SUI.	colpocleisis; stress urinary incontinence
