cze Benchmarking kvality péče o rodičky Článek představuje konkrétní příklad aplikace benchmarkingu při posuzování kvality porodnické péče o rodičky. Kvalita péče je jedním ze způsobů měření. Projekt studentů na Fakultě zdravotnických studií Univerzity Pardubice Kvalita zdravotní péče v nemocnicích Pardubického kraje také monitoruje práci porodní asistentky. Metodika pro sběr a zpracování dat a statistické vyhodnocení je postavena na designu dlouhodobé studie. V projektu jsou odhalovány statisticky významné rozdíly v hodnocení porodnic a jsou sledovány příčiny těchto rozdílů. eng Benchmarking in the Quality of Midwifery Care The article presents a concrete example of the application of benchmarking in assessing the quality of midwifery care for the mothers. Quality of care with the patient is one method of measuring quality in continuously increasing of its. Students’ project at the Faculty of Health Studies, University of Pardubice Health care quality in hospitals in the Pardubice region also includes of monitoring the midwifery care. The project methodology for data collection and processing and statistical evaluation is set for longitudinal study. In project the statistically significant differences in the assessment of maternity hospitals are observed and the causes are searching. Based on the results the proposed measures lead to improve the quality of midwifery care 4 hospitals in the Pardubice region. Acquired knowledge also lead to increased perception of the role of marketing and its application in the services provided in hospitals. The main benefit of the benchmarking method used is knowledge sharing and dissemination of good practice, because it enables comparison to find examples of good practice that can be used to increase the competencies of staff and improve the quality of the set of processes.
