cze Plánování péče o děti umírajících rodičů samoživitelů Úvod: Smrt rodiče je vždy traumatizující. Smrt jediného rodiče je extrémně traumatizující. Cíl: Identifi kovat rizikové faktory, jež ovlivňují péči o umírající rodiče samoživitele s nezletilými dětmi. Metodika: Studium dvou kasuistik, rozhovory s poskytovateli péče a systematická rešerše. Výsledky: Plánování budoucí péče o děti u umírajících rodičů samoživitelů je obtížné a klade vysoké nároky, jak na poskytovatele péče, tak na umírající rodiče i děti samotné. Existuje řada článků o dopadech úmrtí rodičů na psychický vývoj dětí. Neexistují však doporučení do praxe, jak tyto situace řešit. Závěr: Nutnost věnovat pozornost této cílové skupině je zřejmá. Do budoucnosti by bylo dobré připravit doporučení a postupy, jak řešit situace, kdy umírá rodič samoživitel. smrt, plánování péče, nezletilé děti, rodič samoživitel
eng Planning childcare dying single parents Introduction: The death of a parent is always traumatic. Death of single parent is extremely traumatic. Aim: Identify risk factors that affect the care of dying single parent with dependant children. Methods: The study of two case reports, interviews with caregivers and systematic research. Results: Planning for the future of child care for single parent dying is diffi cult and puts high demands on both the care provider for dying parent and children. There is series of articles on the impact of parental death on the psychological development of children. However, there are not recommendations into practice, how to deal with these situations. Conclusion: The need to pay attention to this target group is obvious. In the future it would be good to prepare recommendations and procedures to deal with situations where dying single parent. death, planning of care, dependant childern, single parent
