eng	Nursing care of patients with Crohn's disease at the department of internal medicine	Crohn's disease is a chronic inflammatory disease of the digestive tract that may affect any of its part. The most commonly occurred in the small and the large intestine colon connection, known as the ileocecal junction. The disease was named after American physician B. B. Crohn who described it as the very first one in 1932.The case history describes a young woman who was hospitalized for the worsening of her difficulties in the metabolic internal unit.
