V teoretické části práce převažují informace o dokumentaci ošetřovatelské, dále celkově informace o dokumentaci zdravotnické, akreditaci a standardech, které byly důležité pro praktickou část práce. Výzkumná část práce je zaměřená na zpracování dat, které jsme získaly od respondentů pomocí dotazníku. eng	Mistakes and errors in nursing documentation	The topic of the thesis describes nursing documentation. The aim of this thesis is to find out opinions of nurses on nursing documentation in general and to detect various mistakes and errors within administration of nursing documentation. In the theoretical part of this thesis subsequent part includes information focusing nursing documentation, next overall information about medical documentation and the last section of the theoretical part is devoted to accreditation and standards important for practical part of this thesis. The research part consists in processing data, which were obtained from respondents by means of a questionnaire. Results were compared between accredited and unaccredited workplace and conclusions are summarised in the discussion and conclusion of this thesis.
