eng ICT Support of the Quality Management in Hospitals The Faculty of Health Sudies at the University of Pardubice has historically been cooperating with hospitals of acute care in the Pardubice region in the field of quality of care (since 2015 under the Hospital of Pardubice region). One of the long-term themes in the field is setting a system of quality care assessment - patient satisfaction evaluation. The whole concept includes a questionnaire desing, data collection criteria, data analysis and interpretation including data validation by control data collection and questionnaire evaluation in order to achieve increased reliability. The created system is based on ICT covering tasks connected with an on-line patient admission, data processing, all the way to shared benchmarking of single hospitals.
