eng Strategic Analysis of a Private Outpatient Physiotherapy Facility Introduction: Understanding the strategic positioning of the private physiotherapy facility is essential for optimizing its effectiveness and ensuring its long-term sustainability. Aim: This study aims to conduct a strategic analysis of a private physiotherapy facility to assess its current positioning within the healthcare market and identify potential areas for improvement and growth. Method: The strategic analysis involves a comprehensive examination of both internal and external factors. The external analysis consists of PESTLE analysis focusing on Political, Economic, Social-demographic, Technological and Environmental factors, along with Porter’s competition analysis and industry analysis. Internal factors are examined using McKinsey 7S analysis, which evaluates seven critical factors. The findings from both internal and external analyses are synthesized into a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis to identify key strategic areas. Results: It has been found that the organization lacks internal system for assessing the quality of care and there is no unified system for evaluating employees. Conclusion: The facility will enhance internal processes leading to better fulfillment of patient needs, increased employee satisfaction and better stability and sustainability. strategic analysis; SWOT analysis; strategic management
