Internal communication is currently being emancipated as an independent managerial discipline, which is becoming an increasingly important part of today's management in any organization. The book is an interesting contribution to learning about and discussing this issue. In the first part, it provides an overview of existing approaches to internal communication and defines its form and content, which result in the design of a model of system settings in the company. In the second part, he verifies this model by confronting it with practice. In addition to academics and university students, the book can also benefit managers who are trying to improve their qualifications and competencies. The book should belong to the recommended literature on topics focusing on organizational culture, social communication, and the development of managerial skills.
