This care is in integral part of this personal hygiene of a civilised man and its importance is the same in both primary and secondary, oe tertiary prevention teeth diseases of paradontum. To find but the knowledge of and the attitude of the youth to the oral hygiene investigation has been performed among secindary school students.Integreated were students in East Bohemia three types school og a grammmar school, medical college and integreated bussines school.
