Workshop objectives:

The aim of the workshop is to give an overview of mixed methods research designs, rationale for mixed methods research and its advantages, limitations and challenges in nursing and health research.

Upon completion of the workshop, the participant will be able to identify the distinguishing characteristics of major mixed methods research designs and demonstrate an understanding of the approaches.
