2.–27. 3.
online part
20.–24. 4.
face-to-face part

The Faculty of Health Studies at the University of Pardubice is hosting the ERASMUS+ Blended Intensive Programme Safe Working Environment and Effective Communication (SAFE-COM). The programme focuses on developing communication skills that support workplace safety, effective cooperation, and the prevention of conflicts and undesirable phenomena in professional environments.

SAFE-COM brings together students from partner universities to explore how communication influences safety, trust, and psychological well-being at work, with a strong emphasis on practical application across various professional fields.

Main topics of BIP SAFE-COM 2026

✅ How to communicate effectively within a team and overcome communication barriers

✅ How to recognise and respond to aggressive behaviour in the workplace

✅ How to use de-escalation techniques while maintaining professional conduct

✅ How to develop assertive and non-violent communication skills

✅ How to build psychological safety, trust, and open communication at work

The online part of the programme provides students with a strong theoretical and practical foundation for the follow-up on-site component. Through interactive sessions, students develop skills in assertive and non-violent communication, stress management, teamwork, and conflict prevention.

March 2 – March 27, 2026 – three lessons per week (2 hours 15 minutes each), tentatively on Wednesday afternoon 15:30 CET-17:45 CET
