Please find below guidelines for a presentation, poster and e-poster.
The authors can also send a full-text paper; selected full-text papers will be considered for publication in Health & Caring, the peer-reviewed journal issued by the Faculty of Health Studies, University of Pardubice, Czech Republic. For submission, see the journal´s author guidelines.
Please send your full-text papers via the journal´s editor system. Please send your full-text papers by April 30, 2026.
In the Message to Editor field, please mention the 9th International Conference Quality and Its Perspectives.
The deadline for active participant registration and abstract delivery is February 20, 2026.
The co-author registers as an active participant; however, they do not submit an abstract/paper.
The Scientific Committee reserves the right not to include the uploaded paper in the conference programme.
The full-text manuscripts shall take priority.
GUIDELINES FOR A PRESENTATION, POSTER and e-POSTER
ORAL PRESENTATION
Presentation time: 10 min + 5 min discussion.
POSTER:
- Size of poster up to A0 (841 * 1 189 mm), portrait orientation.
- Stands will be available for the poster presentations.
e-POSTER:
(must be followed; otherwise, the poster will not display correctly)
- Format: 9 : 16 (portrait orientation), minimum resolution 1080 x 1920 px.
- File format: .png or .jpg (.pdf files CANNOT be used).
- The poster will be displayed in portrait orientation on a 55-inch screen.
