by February 20, 2026 to konference@upce.cz.

The authors can also send a full-text paper; selected full-text papers will be considered for publication in Health & Caring, the peer-reviewed journal issued by the Faculty of Health Studies, University of Pardubice, Czech Republic. For submission, see the journal´s author guidelines.

In the Message to Editor field, please mention the 9th International Conference Quality and Its Perspectives.
The deadline for active participant registration and abstract delivery is February 20, 2026.
The co-author registers as an active participant; however, they do not submit an abstract/paper.
The recommendations for developing a presentation or poster can be found below.
The Scientific Committee reserves the right not to include the uploaded paper in the conference programme.
The full-text manuscripts shall take priority.
GUIDELINES FOR PREPARING A PRESENTATION AND A POSTER
ORAL PRESENTATION
- Any presentation should not take more than 10 minutes.
- Make sure, you have enough large size of letters in all slides, figures and tables.
- Pay attention to the marking of tables, graphs, and pictures.
- Use 8–10 rows of your text at the maximum for each slide.
- Logically structured content (e. g. introduction, objectives, methods, results, discussion, conclusion).
- Pay attention to the readability of all slides. Check up colour of the background of your presentation.
- Attach pictures to your presentation in good quality.
- You should have approx. 12 slides for a ten-minute presentation.
- Do not forget to mention the references.
POSTER PRESENTATION
- Size of poster up to A0 (841 * 1 189 mm), portrait orientation.
- Name of poster and authors should be written in bold font in the upper part of the poster.
- Text and figures should be readable from a distance of two meters.
- Stands will be available for the poster presentations.
- Authors will present the poster within 3 minutes at poster time according to the conference schedule.
- The presence of the authors of the posters will be required only at the specified time in the conference program.
