eng	Job Satisfaction Audit (Final Report of the Contract Research)	The hospital management commissioned an audit of employee job satisfaction. Its agreed goal was to describe the level of employee satisfaction and the factors that influence it, incl. new work environment. The intention of the hospital management is to use the conclusions of the audit for the planning and implementation of measures aimed at increasing employee satisfaction. This final report can also be the basis for any objective intervention in the operation of the hospital with the aim of increasing the provision of care. This report was created as a result of a study summarized in an interim report, so it is the final version of the output from the entire study, or audit.	audit; job satisfaction; hospital management
