Registration fee is CZK 600 (including VAT).
Registration fee includes the issue of the certificate of attendance (certificate), programme, proceedings, organization and refreshments during the conference.
A reduced registration fee of CZK 400 (including VAT) is for employees of Hospital of the Pardubice Region.
Students of the Faculty of Health Studies of the University of Pardubice may apply as passive participants:
- for the fee of 600 CZK with certificate entitlement, programme, proceedings, organization and refreshments,
- free of charge without organization and refreshments.
Foreign participants have the option to pay in site without any price increase.
Transfer the registration fee to the account number 37030561/0100.

Specific symbol: your date of birth in DDMMRRRR format
State your surname in the text of the payment.
Pay the registration fee by wire transfer to March 17, 2018.
If you require a tax document of the payment, fill in the invoice data together with the application form:
- give the exact name of the organization, address, company ID and VAT number
(If you pay the conference fee from your own account, please fill in your name and permanent address.)
We cannot issue the document without filling the invoice information.
