cze Klíčové dovednosti sester na operačním sále - Hodnocení perioperačních sester Key Skills Management in Operating Room je projekt, který se zabýval vzděláváním perioperačních sester, jejich klíčovými dovednostmi, znalostmi, postupy a mírou adaptace na operačních sálech v rámci Evropské unie. Smyslem KSMOR projektu bylo porovnat výsledky testování perioperačních sester v několika zemích, co do úrovně jejich dovedností v různých obdobích jejich profesionální kariéry a potom vytvořit elektronický nástroj pro hodnocení, vzdělávání a zaškolování perioperačních sester v zemích EU. Na projektu KSMOR v rámci ERASMUS+ se podílelo 5 členských zemí: Francie (hlavní řešitel), Belgie, Finsko, Řecko a Česká republika. Za Českou republiku byla partnerem projektu Fakulta zdravotnických studií Univerzity Pardubice a tři zdravotnická zařízení, ve kterých probíhal sběr dat – Fakultní nemocnice Brno, Nemocnice Pardubice a Ústřední vojenská nemocnice Praha. perioperační péče; základní/specifické dovednosti/vědomosti; uživatelská přívětivost
eng Key Skill Management in Operating Room - Evaluation of Perioperative Nurse's Skills "The Key Skills Management in Operating Room (KSMOR) was an ERASMUS+ project that assessed key skills, knowledge, procedures and the degree of adaptation of perioperative nurses in operating theatres in the countries of the European Union (EU). Five EU countries participated in data collection. The respondents were perioperative nurses divided into two groups (with experience in operating rooms up to 2 years and over 2 years). The third group consisted of operating theatre managers who participated in the data collection and subsequently evaluated the user-friendliness of the questionnaires used for the data collection. The user-friendliness of the questionnaires was also assessed by all the perioperative nurses participating in the data collection. The majority of respondents from the Czech Republic rated the level of knowledge/skills at a good level, i.e. 2 points (""You are independent, you manage the procedure normally in your daily routine""), even for the group of the respondents with the length of experience in operating rooms up to 2 years. Both the managers and the perioperative nurses assessed the user-friendliness of the questionnaire on skills and knowledge of perioperative nurses positively. The output of the KSMOR project is an electronic version of the questionnaire on skills and knowledge of perioperative nurses, Which enables evaluation and training of perioperative nurses not only in basic skills but also in very specific ones according to the particular field. It is also a suitable tool for the operating theatre manager for the management and evaluation of perioperative nurses, planning and support of educational activities and its subsequent integration into the operation of operating theatres." perioperative care; basic/specific skills/knowledge; user-friendliness
