Factors that significantly affect the quality and safety of perioperative care provided include the construction and technological equipment of operating theaters, the management process, the level of skills and the education of medical staff. We expect competent perioperative nurses to provide safe, highly professional, evidence-based care. Aim: The project aims to unify and improve the quality of specialized education of general nurses in the specialization of perioperative nurses in EU countries with the support of innovative approaches and digital technologies. Method: My Operating Room Nurse Coach - MYORCO is solved in the period 2020–2023, 6 EU countries participate in the Czech Republic, Belgium (main researcher), Finland, Sweden, Greece and France. The project is supported by the Europen Operating Room Nurses Association (EORNA). Results: The output of the project will be three productions - sets of instructional videos, a pedagogical internet platform and the creation of a pedagogical user manual. Conclusion: The involvement of the university/faculty in the international project enabled participation in the creation of instructional videos of key skills of perioperative nurses, work with the internet platform. The outputs of the project will be part of the teaching of perioperative nurses at our university/faculty.	perioperative nurse; education; project
