Workshop objectives:

Scale development and validation in nurse education
The aim of the workshop is to give an overview of scale development and validation in nurse education and healthcare research. The workshop will explore the main methodological and statistical aspects to consider when developing a new scale or validating/adapting an existing one.
Upon completion of the workshop, the participant will be able to identify the core aspects of scale development and validation and to critically assess a validation paper.
